This policy explains how Roy Quick, a licensed real estate salesperson (CA DRE# 02417080) with LUXRE Realty, Inc. (CA DRE# 01897290), collects and uses information through roysoldquick.com. Questions? Email roy@roysoldquick.com or call 980-416-6412.

Information I collect

I only collect what you choose to send me through the forms on this site:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• A property address, if you share one
• What you're looking to do (sell, buy, relist, invest) and any message you write
• Your contact preference and whether you agreed to receive text messages

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking tools. Like any website, the companies that host and deliver the site (Netlify) and its fonts (Google Fonts) automatically receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to load the page.

How I use it

• To respond to your request by phone, email or, only if you agreed, text message
• To provide real estate services, such as a pricing review, a listing plan or property information
• To keep a record of our conversations so I can follow up and serve you well

When you send a form, your information goes to my customer relationship system (Follow Up Boss) through an automation service (Zapier). Those companies store it on my behalf and may not use it for their own marketing.

What I don't do

• I do not sell or rent your personal information.
• I do not share your phone number or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.

I may share information when needed to provide the service you asked for (for example, with my brokerage, LUXRE Realty, Inc., or with parties to a transaction you are part of), or when required by law.

Text messages

I only text you if you checked the texting box on a form, or otherwise gave me permission. Consent to receive texts is never required to work with me. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing or calling me.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the information I have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email roy@roysoldquick.com and I'll take care of it. I keep records only as long as I need them for my business or as required by law; real estate records may need to be kept for a period set by the California Department of Real Estate.

Security

This site is served over a secure connection, and the services that store your information use industry-standard protections. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as Social Security or bank account numbers through this site.

Children

This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Terms of use

• Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and should be independently verified. Prices, availability and details can change, and properties may be subject to prior sale. Square footage, lot size, zoning and potential uses are approximate and should be confirmed by the buyer.
• No advice. Content on this site is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Please consult the appropriate professional.
• No agency relationship is created by using this site or submitting a form. An agency relationship begins only with a signed written agreement.
• Brokerage. Real estate services are provided through LUXRE Realty, Inc., 222 Avenida Del Mar, San Clemente, CA 92672, CA DRE# 01897290.
• Fair housing. I am pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity, and I do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected by California or federal law.
